Randy LaCosse

As Director of Design Services, Randy LaCosse leads teams that provide physical security solutions for data centers, critical infrastructure, and other complex sites. He focuses on design quality, streamlining project delivery, and making sure each solution meets the client’s needs for operations and security.

Randy is committed to building strong teams and helping engineers and designers grow their skills and leadership abilities. He values mentorship and teamwork as key to achieving great results for clients. His strong background in security systems design and project management enables him to lead complex projects in data centers, education, manufacturing, and secure government sites. He takes a practical, client-focused approach to help organizations build security solutions that deliver long-term value.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys cycling, hiking, camping, and traveling with his family. Whether he’s on a bike or exploring somewhere new, he values time outdoors and the memories made with his wife and kids.
