Payton Staub

Payton Staub leads ZBeta’s software and artificial intelligence strategy, helping clients leverage emerging technologies to modernize security operations and accelerate digital transformation.

With more than 16 years of software engineering and product leadership experience, Payton has built and scaled enterprise software platforms spanning AI, cloud computing, and physical security. Before joining ZBeta, he spent more than eight years at Amazon, serving as a Software Development Manager within Amazon Corporate Security and previously as a Senior Software Development Engineer with Amazon SageMaker, AWS’s machine learning platform. There, he developed technologies that help customers produce and automate machine learning at scale.

Earlier in his career, Payton founded JetStream Technologies, bringing software products from concept to market, and contributed to Axon’s Evidence.com platform for digital evidence management. His blend of AI, cloud, software, and security expertise helps organizations solve complex challenges through technology-driven innovation.
