ZBeta Appoints Brandon Youngblood as Senior Consultant to Expand Counter-UAS Capabilities
San Francisco, June 16, 2026 — ZBeta, a pioneer in delivering comprehensive physical security consulting services, today announced that Brandon Youngblood has joined the company as Senior Consultant to support the continued growth of its counter-drone security consulting capabilities. With more than 23 years of experience with unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and extensive expertise in domestic UAS policy and interagency coordination, Youngblood brings a highly specialized perspective to ZBeta’s expanding work in the drone landscape.
In this role, Youngblood will help support the development of counter-UAS and UAS security programs for ZBeta’s high-profile client base. His background spanning federal policy, operational coordination, and security planning will help strengthen how organizations prepare for and respond to UAS-related risks and plans.
“Brandon brings an exceptional level of experience and operational insight to ZBeta at a time when organizations are facing increasing concerns around the use of drones,” said Andrew Corsaro, CPP and Vice President of Consulting Services, ZBeta. “His understanding of UAS capabilities, combined with his knowledge of the rapidly evolving drone market, will be instrumental to us as we help clients navigate this landscape.”
Youngblood joins ZBeta following a distinguished career with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), where he led UAS Security and Counter-UAS Integration efforts. In that role, he worked closely with the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security, as well as the Federal Communications Commission and National Telecommunications and Information Administration to help develop national-level UAS security policy and operational coordination efforts.
His experience also includes serving as the senior FAA representative to the National Security Council Counter-UAS Interagency Policy Committee, helping support the development of legislative proposals for Congressional consideration. A frequently sought after speaker and subject matter expert, Youngblood also brings significant experience from his work alongside military and civilian intelligence organizations.
“I’m excited to join the ZBeta team as we develop programs that help organizations address rapidly evolving security challenges tied to drone activity and airspace security,” said Youngblood. “ZBeta has built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, practical programs that elevate security, and I look forward to supporting clients as they strengthen operational readiness and response capabilities.”
