Mike Lavway

Mike is a seasoned security strategist with more than 15 years of experience in enterprise risk management, security technologies, and emerging solutions. As Principal Consultant at ZBeta, he leads the strategy and execution of consulting services, guiding the development of client solutions and operational models. His expertise in program development, threat assessment, and integrated technologies has been honed through leadership roles at Aronson Security Group, ADT Commercial, and Everon. Notably, he has spearheaded initiatives involving technology-led security operations centers and autonomous patrol technologies. At ZBeta, Mike is instrumental in advancing the company’s knowledge base and driving innovation. Many of Mike’s leadership skills were forged during his 6+ years of service in the U.S. Army, where he learned the value of gathering diverse teams driven by a common goal to deliver results in high pressure situations.
