Joel Searle

Joel Searle is an experienced project and program leader with more than eight years of experience supporting a Fortune 100 client through embedded managed services. As Global Account Manager, he leads a diverse team of Technical Project Managers that serve as the client’s voice while driving consistency, collaboration, and delivery across a complex global program.

Joel has held roles in guard forces and has managed projects across service, post-occupancy, and new-site deployments. His operational experience provides practical insight into the environments he and his team support, enabling him to align technical execution with security and business priorities.

Joel is committed to building scalable programs and empowering his team to take ownership while upholding high standards in every engagement. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the mountains of western North Carolina with his wife and four children.
