Hash Salehi

As Director of Technology and Innovation, Hash provides leadership to the LabZ team researching, testing and publishing content for ZBeta’s clients. With more than two decades of experience in sales engineering, product development, and global sales operations, including roles at Pelco, Avigilon, and Motorola Solutions, Hash focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing system integration, and ensuring that ZBeta’s technological offerings meet clients’ evolving needs. He was also the founder of RECESSIM, where he specialized in reverse engineering hardware and software, delving into devices like smart meters and LIDAR systems. His innovative work on decoding frequency-hopping protocols has been showcased at prominent conferences such as DEFCON and GNU Radio Con. Outside of work, you can find him applying these same skill sets to hardware security analysis, metalworking, videography and flying radio-controlled helicopters when time permits.
