Dave brings more than 25 years of security and leadership experience to ZBeta. Over the course of his career, he has held various high-profile positions with well-known organizations including WeWork and IBM. In these roles, he managed strategic client initiatives, and security and risk management programs across a diverse portfolio of global assets.

He possesses a comprehensive knowledge of physical security, intelligence, resilience, risk management, and security technology — all of which align with ZBeta’s mission to integrate security as a strategic function within a business. As the Director of Growth, he uses a consultative approach to foster multi-market strategic planning, new client acquisition, brand awareness and customer service excellence.

Forward thinking by nature, Dave is dedicated to the transformation and delivery of managed security services in order to meet the needs of the most challenging client initiatives. By focusing on collaboration and stakeholder engagement, he can help organizations establish the security function as a trusted partner and resource for C-level executives.

Outside the office, Dave enjoys mountain biking, hiking, kayaking and continuously working on his basketball skills.
